Agreement & Authorization for Advertising on Dom's ESL Cafe 1. Payment TermsClient hereby agrees to pay Dom’s ESL Cafe (domscafe.com) for all advertising (except FREE Job Ad Posts) rendered on Dom’s ESL Cafe website. Text or Banner Ads have a one time fee. The client may specify the length of time preferred. 2. Agreement & Termination Client may terminate ad at anytime. All payments are final; no refunds are given. 3. Time of Ad Placement All ads are placed on Dom’s ESL Cafe (domscafe.com) 1-2 days after receiving payment. Once placed time is set. Exceptions include instant job ads. Client may set up instant banner and text ads instantly, which must be approved by admin (within 12 hours, usually faster). 4. Period of Ad Placement Text and Banner Ads are usually placed on Dom’s ESL Cafe (domscafe.com) for a period of 30 days (or otherwise stated). Ads may be placed for a longer period of time as client specifies. Job posts are placed for as long as recruiter or school likes. 5. Related Ad Content All advertising, job ads, banners, and text or announcement links must be related to the teaching field, usually teaching English overseas or at home, or travel, and culture (unless related in some other close way). 6. Non-Infringement It is the Client’s responsibility to verify that all graphics, trademarks and/or text within ads placed on Dom’s ESL Cafe (domscafe.com) website, press releases, text links, directory listings, etc is legally owned by Client, or that Client has received permission from the rightful owner(s) to use. Client will hold harmless, protect, and defend Dom’s ESL Cafe from any liability or suit arising from improper use of such elements. 7. Choice of Law Any dispute arising from this Agreement, including, without limitation, a breach of this Agreement, shall be governed by the laws of Nova Scotia, Canada. Client is responsible to pay legal expenses for dispute resolution. Client and Dom’s ESL Cafe (domscafe.com) agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of and consent to exclusive venue in Nova Scotia, Canada. 8.Confidentiality All information provided by the client for the purpose of placing an ad on Dom’s ESL Cafe (domscafe.com) will be used only for placing the ad. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. Client’s private information will be deleted from Dom’s ESL Cafe (domscafe.com) servers once an ad is removed. By checking yes you have APPROVED AND AGREED with the above service agreement.
