Working... It is an exe file. Expand Microsoft 5. I tried using the recommended fix, it didn't work, and the multiple Windows technicians they tried to do the same thing.
I used Regedit to remove ALL reference to Java in the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE & HKEY_CURRENT_USER keys - I just deleted the subkeys entirely rather than looking for specific values - and then Its working fine now.
